Dance! Poland

Dance! Poland concert of Polish music, song and dance, hosted in April by the Polish American Club of Greater Sacramento presented Łowiczanie Polish Folk Dance Ensemble from San Francisco with newest choreographies from Stanisław Moniuszko's opera, Halka, as well as repertoire favorites such as Żywiec, Spisz, Polonez and Przeworsk. Guest artists included Nicolai Prisacar, famed accordionist from Moldova, and Pulaski Polish Dancers of Fresno.

Traditional Food Blessing on Easter Saturday is becoming a very popular event at the Club, with the attendance growing every year.

Father Andrzej Koziczuk, pastor of St. Anthony Parish, Walnut Grove blessed our Easter Baskets on April 3rd, 2010.

Caroling

On Saturday, January 23rd, everyone was invited to sing Polish Carols (Kolędy) with Jacek Kalisz who accompanied on the piano. This was a great chance to learn the traditional Polish songs of our heritage.
